Keukenwarenhuis.nl uses the collected data to provide the following services to its customers:

1. In-store orders
   When you make a purchase in our physical store, we need your name, email address, delivery address, and payment details to process your order and keep you informed about its status. After delivery, your data will be stored on a secure server to fulfill our warranty obligations and comply with the legally required fiscal retention period.

2. Online orders and messages
   Information you enter in our webshop when placing an order or sending a message is stored on the servers of our processor. Our server administrator ensures an appropriate security level and takes adequate measures to protect data from loss or any form of unlawful processing. For example, a secure SSL connection is used by default.

3. Requests for magazines, e-books, or other materials
   When you request a magazine, e-book, or other information, we use your data to send the requested materials by post or email. When signing up, you can choose whether you wish to receive relevant follow-up emails by checking a box.
   If you request a printed brochure, this will be handled by our distribution partner Avado. For sending emails or newsletters, we use Aweber, a GDPR-compliant system. Aweber uses an opt-in/opt-out process, allowing you to safely subscribe or unsubscribe at any time:

   • Opt-in (safe subscription):
     If you have subscribed to receive our newsletter, we will use your details to send it to you.

   • Opt-out (unsubscribe):
     You can easily unsubscribe through any email or newsletter, after which your data will be completely removed from our system.

Right of access:
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, as long as this does not conflict with fiscal legislation. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. Even if your data was obtained with consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent.
